A traditional hand crafted table runner, hand dyed and crafted from alpaca wool. Hand woven by the people of Mullaka’s Misminay, a Peruvian community near Cusco in Peru showcasing the traditions of Andean life. Master weavers, the community adopt techniques used for centuries including traditional tools, and for colouring natural tints from roots and typical plants.
 
The runner could indeed double as a scarf, measuring a generous 164 cm in length, using ancient designs passed down from ancestral patterns, and decorated with white beads and fringe.
